If you’ve visited the acclaimed Catalunya when it was in operation, you’d probably remember the panoramic views from the restaurant. Recently, Monti took over the premises at Fullerton Pavilion and for four days in December, Auchentoshan will be taking over Monti. So it’s a double takeover of sorts, from the triple distilled single malt Scotch whisky.
The lowlands whisky distillery will be hosting a brand experience there, and you’re invited.
The event, called New Malt Order, will be held from 21 to 24 December and it is open to the public.
Expressions from Auchentoshan will be served along with canapes prepared by Monti’s Chef Luigi Calcagno.
An excerpt from the press release reads:
“The New Malt Order aims to amplify the key flavours of Auchentoshan – the signature hints of citrus, nuttiness, sweetness and spiciness from the whisky’s maturation in Bourbon, Oloroso Sherry and Pedro Ximenez casks – by allowing visitors to customize the way they experience Auchentoshan with the addition of various condiments, ingredients and choices of garnish that will fill a pop-up installation at Monti.”
